I  was very flattered to be invited to attend the Royal Tunbridge wells food and drink festival. They asked me if I would give a cooking demonstration and afterwards ice gingerbread men and sell my Sussex lemonade. It was a fantastic two days, meeting a lot of my customers and making new ones! On stage was fun, demonstrating how to ice a gingerbread man and telling the audience about my story.                                                    All ages of people came to have a go! There were lots of amazing designs!
